From Plate to Planet: A ‘Foodprint’ Journey
Food is more than daily energy — it is closely linked to land, resources, and climate. From production to consumption, every meal carries a carbon footprint and environmental cost, while food waste is often the most overlooked part of the system.

This learning journey is co-developed by Food Angel and Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, combining expertise in food rescue, redistribution, and sustainable living education within the Hong Kong context. Through a two-step journey — from concepts to experience, and from knowledge to action — students explore the relationship between food, climate, and sustainable living.
